Dive Practice Rules
Divers Must Dive
Divers attending practice must dive or be willing to work on their fundamentals on the deck or on the mats with a coach. Divers not engaged in practice can distract from the coaches doing their primary job: coaching. Divers can be asked to leave practice if not participating.
Communication with the Coach
Communication with the coaches regarding your diver can occur only outside of practice. The coach will be available after practice to discuss any particular issues you wish to raise, or through email communication.
Board Assignment
As the season evolves, divers will likely be assigned to different boards or activities as the coaches see fit. It is not set in stone for the remainder of the summer and is subject to change daily, weekly or during practice. The goal being to maximize progression for each diver in every practice.
